The second hand login is different from the first hand login. To log on to Second Hand, the customer must create a dedicated account on the Second Hand website.
Customers can modify their password, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address and marketing preferences directly from their member area. Please note that the address in the customer account and the delivery address are 2 separate, unrelated pieces of information.
Concerning the e-mail address, we cannot modify the e-mail address of a customer account. Please ask the customer in question to create a new account with the correct e-mail address.
