In the Second Hand customer account, customers can track the progress of their orders from the "My orders" section. They will see a summary of all orders placed online, or in-store if the customer was identified by the seller during the transaction.
This summary will show
order number
date
status (paid, delivered, refunded, partially refunded)
total paid for the order
By clicking on the order line, the customer can access other order details:
number of items ordered
total paid
parcel tracking number
link to invoice
link to the return or take-back form if the deadline has passed
order tracking stage through to delivery
item description and status (delivered, returned)
order subtotal, total paid and amount refunded if applicable
delivery address
billing address
details of returns associated with the order, if applicable
