In the second-hand customer account, customers can track the progress of their trade-in requests from the "my trade-ins" section. They will see a summary of all trade-in requests made online or in-store.

This summary will show

  • Item name and description (size, color, condition)

  • the trade-in number

  • the date of the form

  • status (estimated, validated, devalued, refused)

  • the bid amount if the part is in "estimated" status, or the validated amount if the part has been checked (validated, devaluated or rejected).

By clicking on the trade-in line, the customer accesses other trade-in details:

  • description of the item recorded in the form and its status (estimated, validated, devalued, rejected)

  • details of inspection and reason for rejection or devaluation, if applicable

  • the amount credited to the kitty, which the customer can add to the existing amount in the "credits" section of the customer account

  • the transport note to be affixed to the parcel when the part is dispatched

  • the transfer note to be attached to the parcel when the item is shipped, to identify it

  • date of inspection

  • details of the form validated by the workshop (change of information if form error)

  • order tracking stage through to delivery
