  • The customer selects the items they wish to sell, then follows the online steps to create an account and identify the items they want to part with.

  • Once the trade-in request is generated, simply print the transfer form, sign it, and insert it in your parcel. Trade-ins without a transfer form are also accepted by our workshop, so there’s no need to send it to us if the customer forgot.

  • The customer must send their items by mail using the prepaid label provided in the box of their choice for online trade-ins. The customer can also make a trade-in in a boutique if the brand offers this option. In that case, they will need to go to a boutique that accepts trade-ins.

  • Upon receipt of the parcel, our Quality Experts check the condition of the items. If the trade-in conditions are met, the customer will be notified by email within 15 days and receive their credit on their second-hand account.

  • By logging into the “My Credits” section in their Second-Hand customer account, they can generate one or more vouchers, valid for 12 months from the date of issue, to be used:

    • for use in stores (specify)

    • for use online (specify)

  • If multiple items are accepted, the customer will be credited with an amount corresponding to the total value of all accepted items.
