💸 Trade-in price

The proposed trade-in price is calculated based on the new price of the garment, its collection year, its desirability, and its condition. The amount offered is the amount that will be credited if the declared condition matches the checked condition.

👗 Segmented database

If the customer makes a mistake with any information (colour, size), it will be corrected by our operators at the warehouse.

🏷️ Referenced database

If the customer cannot find the reference for their item while filling out the form, it means the item is not accepted for trade-in.

If the information is not valid in the database (for example, if the item was sent in blue but the color blue does not exist in the database for that reference), the item will be rejected and marked as bad condition, because it is not recognized by the database and therefore not sellable.

👤 Information on the customer space

All of a customer's trade-in forms are listed in the customer space, including those not yet sent to the workshop but for which the customer has made an estimate. A customer can fill out a trade-in form to see the estimated value of their item and then decide not to send the item. In this case, the trade-in form will still appear in the customer's space with the status "estimated." The history of unused forms is cleaned up after a few months.

📧 Communication by email

Customers receive a shipping label and a transfer label by email, grouping all trade-ins requests. They can access these documents from their customer space to reprint them if necessary. These documents are also available from the Faume back office if needed, with the difference that a transfer label must be printed for each item.
