Creating a second-hand account makes it easier to track the progress of an order or trade-in.
The customer can place an order in guest mode without creating an account, but must create one during the trade-in process in order to access his parcel preparation documents.
Second hand logins are different from first hand logins. To connect to the second hand site, the customer must create a dedicated account on the second hand site.
If the customer obtains an error message when creating an account with their e-mail address, this means that the e-mail has already been registered and that the customer needs to reset their password. The link for this operation is given on the same page.
If the customer cannot create an account with the specified cell phone number, this means that the number has already been used for a customer record. It is common for the customer to have already used another e-mail address to open a second-hand account. In this case, they can log in using the original address.
Another possibility is that the customer's account has been created with a typing error in the email (either by the customer himself or by a salesperson during a boutique trade-in).
In the latter case, please contact us so we can dissociate the phone number from the erroneous file, enabling the customer to create an account with the correct address. If necessary, you can transfer the credits associated with the incorrect address to the new account via the Faume back office credit addition and withdrawal procedure.
