  • Translation setup (if necessary)

  • Voucher configuration

  • Financial and legal adaptation

Details of international setup operations:

  • Website multilingual configuration

  • Creation and adaptation of site pages for local language and region

  • Integration of the product catalog in the local language

  • Implementation and testing of translated content on the site

  • Adaptation and management of logistics solutions for the new country (deliveries and returns)

  • Financial management: multi-country reporting, VAT setup and management (VAT on margin option available)

  • Customer service and multi-country support training

  • Optional: setup of in-store buy-back service

Key information required to process your request quickly:

  • New market(s) to launch: Belgium, Germany, etc.

  • New language(s) to add: e.g. website already translated, or add English

  • Which activity will be available in the market: buying and resale, buying only, etc.

  • If launching the online buy-back service: specify required API configuration for online voucher generation (IT specifications)

  • If launching the buy-back service in retail: specify required API configuration for retail voucher generation (IT specifications)

  • If launching the buy-back service in retail: request the list of stores currently active on the buy-back service to add new store information

  • Confirm carrier prices to display to end customers
