After the transaction, the order is prepared and handed over to the carrier for shipment.
Once the order has been dispatched, customers can track their order using the carrier tracking link specified in the automatic e-mail sent after the order has been dispatched.
This tracking link can also be found in the "orders" section of the customer's Second Hand account.
Faume and the carrier both send e-mail notifications to keep customers informed of the progress of their order.
