  1. Tracking number: The tracking number can be found on the customer’s return slip, which is available in their customer space. You can access this space from the Faume back-office under the "Users" section.

  2. Item return sheet: To check if an item has been returned, consult its return sheet. If the item was restocked after the order date, it indicates that it has been returned.

  3. Returned items section: Enter the item ID in the "Orders/Returned Items" section of your Faume back-office to verify its return.
