Customer is not happy with the quality of the second hand order

We are very sorry if the quality did not meet your customer's expectations.

Our warehouse meticulously checks each piece collected and repairs any defects observed. However, it is impossible to predict how second-hand garments will wear over time.

It can also happen that the workshop makes a mistake in an order and that the contents of an order are incorrect or that the contents are altered (marginal cases).

If you find yourself in one of these situations, we can work together to find a solution:

  • Refund the order's delivery fees

  • Discount on the next second-hand order. You'll need to specify the amount of the discount you'd like and how long it will be valid.

In the event of incorrect content, a missing item or a quality problem, contact us with the following details:

  • Customer e-mail,

  • Order number,

  • Reason for commercial gesture,

  • Type of discount,

  • Amount of discount and duration of discount validity.
