If the reference of an item is not recognized during the trade-in simulation (online or in-store), it may not be included in the listing your teams provided to us:
Reference missing from the listing
If the reference is missing from your listing and the item meets the acceptance criteria determined by your team, we invite you to send us a request to add the reference during your next database update.
NB: We do not accept reference addition requests for a single reference. You will need to wait for the next collection update to make the request.
Reference present in the listing
Please contact our Customer Success team with the following information: customer email, item reference, screenshot. Your request will be processed within 24 hours.

We invite you to contact your second-hand project team who approved the listing of eligible products.
