For an item to be taken back by our brands, it must meet a certain number of criteria:
Items must be clean, in perfect condition (zippers, seams and elastics in working order), with no holes, tears, stains or odors.
Items must not have been altered, and must not be missing buttons or ornaments.
Items must contain the brand label as well as the inner composition and care labels.
All items must be legally owned by the person benefiting from the trade-in offer.
The article must be part of the catalog of references eligible for the trade-in service defined by the brand.
We accept these 4 types of condition:
New condition: with original label, never worn
Excellent condition: the item is like new, with no signs of wear or defects.
Very good condition: the item shows only minor traces of wear, invisible at 30 cm.
We do not accept items in any other condition: damaged, worn, out of order, stained, with holes, deformed, dirty, with internal label cut off, etc.
In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, non-conforming parts will be refused.
