Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to make a return. All returns must be made exclusively by mail, not in-store.
When a customer initiates a return in their account, the return shipping label is generated and available for download directly from their account.
Items being returned must be in the same condition as described at the time of purchase, without being damaged, stained, washed, altered, or worn (except for fitting). The original packaging and all related accessories, such as packaging, tags, and the original invoice, must be included.
