An order is missing one or more items:

If an item is missing from a customer's order, we will investigate the case with our workshop. Please share the item details with us on the chatbot :

  • Customer e-mail,

  • Order number,

  • item ID.

Your request will be taken within 24 hours if all requested items are sent.
