In the "my credits" section, customers can find their kitty and the history of previously generated vouchers.

The credit is the total displayed on the kitty. The credit has no expiration date.
By clicking on "generate a voucher", the customer will be able to edit a voucher on the channel he/she wishes. This action is instantaneous and definitive. From the moment the voucher is generated, the conditions of use apply, and the customer must use the voucher according to these conditions within the timeframe agreed by the brand.
Depending on the settings made by the brand's technical teams and Faume, vouchers are displayed in 4 states:
the actual confirmed code

Cancelled
