For technical reasons, we do not cancel orders at the customer's request. Indeed, due to delays, the parcel may leave despite the cancellation of payment and the order would then be free.
The customer must return the order if it is being delivered to their home address, or wait for the relay point to return the parcel. You may decide to refund the cost of return and/or delivery if necessary.
