An order may be cancelled due to a stock problem or if the customer did not select a relay point when placing his/her order.
Order cancelled due to stock problem: if you wish to make a commercial gesture, please contact us directly by e-mail with the following information: user e-mail, amount/percentage of the commercial gesture.
Order canceled for lack of relay point: if you notice that the items in the order have been put back online, then the order has probably been canceled for this reason. In this case, we invite you to suggest to the customer that he/she place the order again, making sure to indicate the required relay point.
Cancelling or modifying an order: For technical reasons, we do not cancel orders at the customer's request. In fact, delays may mean that the parcel will be dispatched despite the cancellation of payment, and the order would then be free of charge.
The customer must return the order if it is being delivered to their home address, or wait for the relay point to return the parcel. You may decide to reimburse the return and/or delivery costs if necessary. The customer will have 14 days to return the parcel if he/she is not satisfied.
