To transform a credit into a voucher, customers can log into their member area to transform the credit available on their wallet into vouchers.
To do this, they must go to the "My credits" tab of their member area, click on "generate a voucher", choose the amount and the channel of the voucher.
By logging into a customer's member area, you can do this for him and then provide him with the voucher code to use.
