We offer delivery to a pickup point or home delivery, with or without signature. We work with various carriers: Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost or DPD if your second hand stock is lovcated at our warehouse is in the Netherlands.
We give you access to our partners' accounts so you can open investigation requests
💡 To save time, we recommend collecting the customer’s sworn statement as well as a copy of their ID for the carrier, and attaching the detailed letter summarizing the parcel information (contents, value, and tracking number).
